Due to the high number of requests, we are now only accepting forms via email. This allows us to respond to each request faster and keep our files organized in one location.

This form is required for any and all sponsorship requests. Attach any flyers or pamphlets associated with this request to the email before sending.

Request Responses

Requests are required to be submitted at least fourteen days prior to the event or submission deadline. Unfortuanely, we can't process request with less than fourteen days.

We’re only able to provide one sponsorship or donation per team, activity, or cause. Requests are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis—so get yours in early!

Know that not all requests can be fulfilled, and we may not be able reach out to all declined requests for sponsorship.
